Do agents require my phone number?
No. Domo anonymises your profile so your identifiable information isn't shared until a viewing is confirmed, meaning agents have no way to spam your phone before you've agreed to hear from them.
What happens after I book a viewing?
Once you select a slot, the viewing is instantly confirmed. The agent will received your request and meet you at the property at the scheduled time. You’ll also receive the viewing details through the platform
Can I cancel or reschedule a viewing?
Yes. You can manage your viewing bookings directly in the platform and cancel or reschedule if your plans change.
What area does Domo cover?
Domo currently operates with letting agents in zone 1-3 in Central London. As more agencies join, more properties become available on the platform.
Do I need to call to book a viewing?
You create your renter profile once and can instantly share it with multiple agents — but on your terms. Your personal details stay protected until you've confirmed a viewing, so you stay in control of who knows what about you.

How does Domo's pricing work ?
Domo charges £7.5 per confirmed viewing — no fixed monthly subscription, no setup fees. You only pay when you get results, and costs scale naturally with how many listings you're running.
Do I need to change my workflow?
No. Domo integrates with your existing tools (calendar, CRM, etc.) to automate lead qualification and viewing scheduling on top of what you already use — not replace it.
What does "pre-qualified renter" mean?
Every renter on Domo has completed a detailed profile covering budget, lifestyle, preferences, and circumstances before they ever make an enquiry. This means by the time a lead lands with you, they've already been filtered and matched to your specific listing — no cold or unqualified enquiries.
How do viewing slots get booked?
Agents sync their available viewing slots with Domo. Matched renters can then self-book directly into those slots, with confirmed bookings synced straight back into your calendar in real time — no calls or back-and-forth required.
How do I get started?
Domo is currently looking for early co-design agency partners, offering a 3-month free trial on the platform. You can register your interest directly on the page, with no long-term commitment required at this stage.
